Best known for her work at some on New England’s premier piano bars, Michelle is thrilled to be working with our fabulous Front Porch Team. Jason Weber (Seasonal)
Jason Weber joins the Front Porch this summer coming all the way from sunny Palm Springs, California. While a great deal of his Palm Spring’s repertoire consists of standards and classical music, Jason is excited to take a break from those genres and enjoy playing some newer tunes with the great sing-a-long crowd at the Front Porch. Some of his Front Porch repertoire includes—Cher, Kelly Clarkson, Madonna, Britney, Carpenter’s, Billy Joel and, of course, lots and lots of Broadway. Jason has a degree in piano performance, and has done some fun things like opening for Joan Rivers and performing at the Mrs. California/Mrs. Nevada pageants for the past couple of years. But those things aside, he is most excited to be escaping the 100 plus degree heat in the desert to chill out at the Front Porch this summer. Please click on the link to take a look at his website.
Dennis Crow (Seasonal)
Dennis studied jazz with Dave MacKay, a blind pianist in Los Angeles who insisted that he be trained as an accompanist. After 3 years of training he apprenticed with the Don Ellis Jazz Band and toured for 1 year. Since then he has gone on to perform with many incredible vocalists, including the late and great Ella Fitzgerald. Moving to New York City in 1978, he changed his music focus from jazz to Broadway, and it is said that he can play a vast number of 'show-tunes', from even the most obscure shows ever written. In 1980 he made his first appearance at The Front Porch and has worked summers there ever since. After taking 1 year off, he is excited about his return and can't wait to see all the familiar faces once again.
